Most orders ship within 3-5 business days from receipt of order, excluding weekends. Please note, orders placed during heavily promoted and/or holiday periods may require additional processing time.
Please allow 5-7 business days for shipments within the continental U.S. to arrive. Expedited delivery is unavailable.
Shipments are only available to the contiguous United States. Shipment to Alaska, Hawaii, APO, FPO, and international destinations are unavailable at this time.
Sales Tax: We are required by law to collect sales tax for deliveries to some states which, if applicable, will automatically be applied during check out process.
Refunds & Exchanges
All current, full priced merchandise purchased from tuscanycandle.com may be returned for store credit within 30 days of purchase date.
To return your order, please contact the customer service department at 1-800-231-9398 or email email@example.com with name and order number. Please note, the returned products must be in the original packaging, unused and in sellable condition. Due to the nature of our products, used candles and wax melts cannot be returned.
For product that has arrived damaged, it is not necessary to return the product. Please email our customer care department a photo of the damaged product, along with your name and order number within 7 days of delivery, and we will be happy to assist you with a replacement.
If you have received the wrong product or are missing a product in your order, please let us know within 14 days of your order being delivered.
If you purchased your Tuscany Candle® product at one of our retail partners please return or exchange your product at the location where you purchased it.
